We wanted to quickly remind you that some major OCI Deadlines occur next week. The Priority Registration Deadline is Wednesday, July 25 at NOON CST and BIDS are due Friday, July 27th at NOON CST, for On-Campus Interviews occurring from August 13th-August 31, 2012 (Sessions 1 and 2). Proper Document Upload: Please remember to carefully label your documents, especially résumés, as you upload them into Symplicity. For example, "Joe Student June 2012 Resume). Résumés need to be uploaded for review as an unlocked Microsoft Word document, not in any other format, which includes .pdf.
Summer Jobs Still Available: Multiple employers are still looking for current students to fill law clerk positions for THIS SUMMER. Available opportunities are listed within the Job Postings Tab in Symplicity. They include #16767, an in-house law clerk position; #16353 amd #16774 seeking law clerks starting immediately to continue into the school year; and #16632 is a PAID public interest position. Even more posted in Symplicity.
Fall Field Placement/Externships: Employers continue to post new positions for Fall Field Placement opportunities, such as #16066 and #13110 with the courts or #15203 in law enforcement. LCS Hours: LCS has implemented its summer hours. Our office is open Monday-Thursday from 9:00am-5:00pm and Friday from 9:00am-3:00pm.
