Have you set up Job Search Alerts? Symplicity, like many job posting boards suh as PSLawNet and the Chicago Bar Association, enable you to set up job alerts that will email you the latest postings. In a perfect world, everyone enters everything perfectly in a job posting so it is encouraged that you make those job alerts broader, rather than narrow, and then in many systems (including Symplicity), you can favorite the positions in the system.  As a gentle reminder, you are encouraged to apply for positions as soon as they are posted, as you otherwise risk the position being filled before the advertised deadline.
