It is really challenging to stay motivated when the snow never seems like it will melt and the end of semester is still months away. Illinois Legal Aid Online has developed a fantastic website that provides students and practitioners tools and the encouragement needed to give back to the community. Carving out that time to give back to the community, regardless of your ultimate career goals, can help you shake off the doldrums of winter. Don't forget to engage with the Center for Public Interest Law's Pro Bono & Community Service Initiative with Done-in-a-Day activities as well.

We all know about information overload but what about account overload? One of the greatest features about twitter is that most of it is public content so you can follow accounts by utilizing the RSS feed under the profile information to have those updates sent to your reader account or as feeds into your email, such as gmail or Yahoo! Then you can look at these updates at your leisure so you aren't missing out on great information. Don't know where to start? Try the tweets from DePaul Law Career Services and the ABA Journal.
